DIRECCIÓN DE ESCENA | Angélica Breña

Soy mexicana. Nací en la Ciudad de México en 1959. Fue en la CDMX donde crecí en  familia, me eduqué, fui maestra y profesionista. Siempre he estado cerca de las artes y de los libros. Me he acercado a otros mundos  gracias a la literatura y a los idiomas inglés, francés e italiano. En 2010 vine por primera vez a Basalt con Julián, mi esposo, y mejor compañero. Actualmente participo activamente en la comunidad de este valle y sus asombrosas  organizaciones como Forest Conservancy, Voices, El Sol del Valle, Biblioteca Regional de  Basalt, ACES, y Spellbinders.

I am Mexican, born in Mexico City in 1959. It was in Mexico City where I grew up in a  family, received my education, became a teacher and a professional. I have always been close to the arts and books. I have explored other worlds thanks to literature and languages like English, French, and Italian. In 2010, I came to Basalt for the first time with Julian, my husband, and best companion. I  owe to him my deep and profound connection to nature. Currently, I am actively involved in the community of this valley and the amazing organizations such as Forest Conservancy, Voices RFV, El Sol del Valle, Basalt Regional  Library, ACES, and Spellbinders.
