Lead Teaching Artist | Cassidy Willey (she/her)

Cassidy Willey was born and raised in western Colorado, where she grew up to love both the outdoors and the performing arts. She is a multilingual actor, director, educator, writer, and mother. Cassidy is a founding member of Consensual Improv, where she has spent several years making people laugh and making a fool of herself on purpose. She believes in the power of theatre to heal us, connect us, and help us lead more meaningful lives. Cassidy’s original solo play, As Close As I Can, is a true story about becoming a mother and losing her mother in the same cataclysmic year. As Close As I Can premiered at Thunder River Theatre Company in Carbondale, CO, in November 2021.
