We amplify voices in our community through the arts.

We understand that art is where we can transcend boundaries of cultures, races, traditions, and social-economic differences. Through the VOICES’ programs In School, In Community, and On Stage, participants are empowered to be their authentic selves, feeling heard, and feeling seen.

VOICES Radio Hour | 6pm, March 14 on KDNK

This month, we kick off our Common Ground series by discussing the ways we can bring our best self to the table for hard conversations. In a conversation with Paul Dankers, who is a psilocybin harm reduction specialist, we discuss IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy and how it can help us put down our defenses and see what connects us rather than what divides us.

Ep. 26, Common Ground, airs on KDNK Radio at 6pm this Friday, March 14.

Queer VOICES Theater Project | Fall 2024 at TACAW

The 2024 Queer VOICES Theater Project, Authentically Versus…, was a success! This original work of theater created by local queer artists and allies and was directed by Micha Schoepe. The project centered on the pain and gain of learning to be our most authentic selves. Through a full spectrum of artistic expression—music, storytelling, movement, and more—the show widens our understanding of who we are and how we can grow.
